From Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof/Hbf):

Take the No. 16 or 18 underground/tram to the station Neumarkt. From there take the No. 9 tram (direction Sülz) to the tram stop Universität.

You can buy a ticket on the tram if you have change, or before asscending to the platform at the ticket booth.

Travel time from central station to the university campus is about 20 minutes. You can also take a taxi from the Central Station. The price for the taxi ride is about 12 Euro.

  • From Köln/Bonn Airport (CGN):
    With the local train S13 (every 20 min.), a regional or InterCity-train to (Köln Hbf). Travel time is about 15 min.
